The Certified Nursing Assistant & Home Health Aide, is under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, performs patient care as directed by way of a written plan of care and in accordance with state practice guidelines.

Looking for an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant & Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living & personal care.
Locations: Noblesville, Carmel, Westfield, Fishers, Speedway, Downtown Indaianapolis area, Brownsburg, Zionsville, Plainfield & East side of Indianapolis
Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities:
●Certified Nursing Assistant will assist clients with activities of daily living (ADL's) and follows clients' plan of care accurately.
●Certified Nursing Assistant completes all documentation appropriately and on time in accordance with Clovers policy and procedures.
●Certified Nursing Assistant reports any changes in clients' health both physical or mental to the DON/ADON.
●Certified Nursing Assistant provides personal care including but not limited to bathing, shampooing hair, shaving, oral care, dressing, changing linens, peri care, light house keeping, meal preparation, taking vitals, & med reminders.
●Certified Nursing Assistant will transfer clients in and out of bed, bath, wheelchair and/or vehicle. Utilizes equipment safely and effectively to meet client needs.
●Certified Nursing Assistant engages the client with meaningful conversations, provides emotional support and companionship.
●Certified Nursing Assistant follows company guidelines: Dress Code, Attendance, HIPPA Compliance, Communication with Clients, Family Members and Clover Staff.
●Certified Nursing Assistant responds to emergency situations.
Home Health Aide Responsibilities:

Requirements for Certified Nursing Assistant & Home Health Aide:

• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, & reliable transportation with valid registration.
• Positive, motivated, and eager to learn!
• CPR certified (Don’t worry if you’re not certified now! We have resources to help).
• Proof of a TB test within the last 30 days.
• 1-2+ years of experience.
• CNA/HHA Certification
