HR Generalist

Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Facilitate conflict resolution and ensure a positive work environment.
Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
Assist managers in addressing performance issues and implementing corrective actions.
Monitor and track employee performance and provide regular reports to management.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
Support the development and implementation of career development plans for employees.
Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills.
Statutory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements, including labor laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and other applicable regulations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to statutory compliance.
Liaise with government authorities and ensure timely filing of statutory returns and reports.
Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to legal standards and policies.
Compensation and Benefits:
Assist in the administration of payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Conduct salary surveys and assist in developing competitive compensation structures.
HR Policies and Procedures:
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
Ensure that all HR policies are communicated effectively to employees and management.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on policy interpretation and implementation.
HR Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to management.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
