HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all core HR functions including, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration, working alongside our internal recruitment team and wider Global Operations team
  • Implement effective onboarding and training programs to ensure employees are successfully integrated into the company.
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with company goals and comply with legal standards.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution in a timely and effective manner to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular HR audits and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their HR needs and provide consultative support.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process and ensure it is fair, consistent, and effective.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, provident fund contributions, and any other benefits offered by the company.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement within the HR department.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse data to improve retention strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years + as an HR generalist preferably in the Recruitment industry or have in depth knowledge of the recruitment life cycle. Overall should have 7-10 years of experience in India. In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices. Should be ok to travel on need basis within India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (preferably Bamboo HR) (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
