HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all core HR functions including, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration, working alongside our internal recruitment team and wider Global Operations team
Implement effective onboarding and training programs to ensure employees are successfully integrated into the company.
Assist in developing HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with company goals and comply with legal standards.
Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution in a timely and effective manner to maintain a positive work environment.
Conduct regular HR audits and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Collaborate with department managers to understand their HR needs and provide consultative support.
Oversee the performance appraisal process and ensure it is fair, consistent, and effective.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, provident fund contributions, and any other benefits offered by the company.
Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement within the HR department.
Conduct exit interviews and analyse data to improve retention strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years + as an HR generalist preferably in the Recruitment industry or have in depth knowledge of the recruitment life cycle. Overall should have 7-10 years of experience in India. In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices. Should be ok to travel on need basis within India.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact.
Proficiency in HRIS (preferably Bamboo HR) (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
