Job Description - Inside Sales Specialist
Verbiage Ventures Solutions is a BPO industry specializing in back-office operations. Our headquarters are located in Bangalore, India. Our India center serves as the back office for our US operations and provides IT and BPO services to various clients.
Position: Inside Sales Specialist
Work Hours: 6 PM - 3 AM IST
Working Days: 5 Days
Location: Whitefield Bangalore
Reporting to: Senior Sales Manager
Work From office
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and set appointments
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and utilize social media to connect with potential leads
- Make outbound calls
- Work independently with the opportunity to advance to a team lead position
- Focus on calling into the US market for specific target segments
- Operate during US shifts: EST, CST, or PST
- Craft compelling emails to generate leads
- Meet monthly lead generation quotas
- Demonstrate success in lead generation for IT and BPO solutions in the US market
- Extract data from industry sources for cold calling, emailing, and lead generation
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in MNCs with sales teams targeting the US market
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively represent an MNC to internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Positive phone demeanor and cheerful attitude
- Skilled in planning communication strategies to engage target audiences
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel
- Persistent and goal-oriented
- Immediate availability preferred
- Willingness to work in EST time zone and be flexible with the Bangalore location
- Open to working five days a week
