Roles and Responsibilities:
* Conduct video calls with potential students to introduce our products/services and close sales leads.
* The Senior Business Development Associate needs to wear a blazer, well-dressed and look very
professional as per our dress code policy during the video calling session.
* Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively present product features and benefits during video
calls.
* Close sales and achieve weekly-monthly quotas.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through video interactions, addressing their queries
and concerns. We believe in hiring partners rather than just employees.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective video sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide insightful recommendations to
clients during video calls.
* Continuously enhance video sales techniques and strategies through self-improvement initiatives and
training sessions.
* Looking for individuals who possess a mindset of perseverance and are willing to take on challenges
with a strong sense of determination and motivation.
* Apart from your Fixed Income + Variable income you will receive company’s shares in the form of

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year of B2C Sales
CTC: Up to 4.2 LPA
