Lending operations Specialist

Position Overview: The Lending Sales Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the sales operations of our Unsecured Business Loan division. This position involves optimizing sales processes, ensuring the efficiency of loan operations, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations within the lending or financial services industry and a keen understanding of unsecured business loans.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and refine sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the Unsecured Business Loan vertical.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve operational issues. Provide training and support to ensure adherence to processes and best practices.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Work closely with customer service and loan processing teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients throughout the loan application and approval process.
  • System Management: Oversee and manage the CRM system and other sales tools used by the team. Ensure data accuracy, system updates, and optimal utilization.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure that all sales activities and loan processes comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies, develop promotional campaigns, and drive overall business growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of sales initiatives and provide actionable feedback to the team. Implement best practices and process improvements based on performance analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, preferably within the lending or financial services industry. Experience with unsecured business loans is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional qualifications in sales or operations management are a plus.
