Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service/PDI team, including technicians, painters, and support staff.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
Oversee the workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all activities are met or exceed industry standards.
Monitoring and inspection of completed work to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
Customer Service:
Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate estimates.
Communicate repair progress and any changes in a clear and timely manner.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
Staff Management:
Hire, train, and develop body shop staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

Education: Degree/ diploma or equivalent; advanced training or certification in auto body repair preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Car Dealership/PDI/Service , with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Skills:
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in estimating software and other industry-related technology.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
