Senior Delivery Manager - XR

Agile Project Management
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Manage the delivery of software projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality software that meets business objectives.
- Lead Agile transformation efforts, coaching teams on Agile best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Project Planning & Execution
- Develop project plans, timelines, and roadmaps in collaboration with product owners and technical leads.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and issues, and ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
- Ensure the team meets sprint goals and deliverables by removing obstacles and fostering a productive working environment.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and senior management to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the technical team and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and outcomes.

Team Leadership & Coaching
- Lead and mentor development teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork to meet sprint and project goals.
- Encourage a culture of accountability, transparency, and self-organization within Agile teams.
- Provide coaching and guidance on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and effective use of Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or others.

Continuous Improvement
- Implement and promote continuous improvement processes by gathering feedback from team members and stakeholders to enhance team performance.
- Drive innovation in software development processes by introducing new tools, techniques, and frameworks that improve efficiency and quality.

Metrics & Reporting
- Track key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts, cycle time, and throughput) to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present project progress reports, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Proven experience of minimum 10 years in software project management, including working as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in Agile environments.
- Proven experience managing Agile software development teams and successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.) and hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or similar certifications are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with software development processes and lifecycle management, from design to deployment.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
