Job Description:

Job Purpose

• Overall responsible for Engineering Stores
• Managing the Materials receipt, Issue, Transfer etc
• Co-ordination with QA/QC/ user department
• Periodical Stock verification as per System stock
  • Co-ordination with internal customers
  • Ensure to adhere S.O.P (Standard Operating Procedure) for stores activities.
  • Preparation of Goods Receipt Note (GRN) /Service Receipt Note, Non-Returnable/ Returnable Gate Pass etc.
  • Managing Inventory activities held on day-to-day basis
  • Utilizing FIFO, JIT (JUST IN TIME) method in stores, (Batch/Lot) while material issue
  • Properly Identifications of Inward material & move to Store. Proper storage & Preservation of materials
  • Ensure optimum utilization of available storage Spaces
  • Maintaining Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
  • Materials issue to proper cost center/ Internal Order
  • Reconciliation of Materials/Items
  • Physical Verification of Stock as per guideline
  • Ensure material availability for Stock Items for smooth flow of production
  • MIS Reporting

2-5 Years
