Job Description

1. Set up Collateral Policy / processes for mortgages for respective state / region.

2. Scrutinising and assessing the property valuations and technical scrutiny reports submitted valuation vendor on daily basis for Resi, Commercial & Industrial properties

3. Identify shortcomings in Valaution reports and errors, if any, in technicla due diligence of the property.

4. Consider obsolence or deprectiaion factors while determining property market value.

5. Develop a defined deviation matrix along with technical policy and process notes.

6. Suggect necessary corrections in poloicies & procedures from time to time as per state specific bye-laws to resolve property deviations / mitigate related issues within the team as well as with the external agencies.

7. Manage Valuation vendors for their respective regions

8. Ensure meticulious compliance with entity's internal collateral management policy as well as regulatory guidelines.

9. Ensure compliance with benchmark turnaround time.

10. To monitor and maintain new vendor empanelment process, cost reduction analysis and TAT of Valuation

11. Visit properties for sample & exception cases to ensure detailed property due diligence.
