Tele caller - Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Proactively call existing customers for subscription renewals or service contracts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs and preferences.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
• Provide accurate product/service information and address customer questions/concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales and renewal targets regularly.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to effectively negotiate and persuade customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
