Role Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
- Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and assessing their needs.
- Schedule appointments for qualified leads with sales representatives.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Generate reports on lead generation and sales activity and performance.
- Handle inbound calls from potential customers.
- Answer customer questions and resolve their issues.
- Other duties as assigned
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- 3+ year of experience in telemarketing or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (Required)
- English (Required)
