Responsibilities:

• Store Visits: Conduct daily routine visits to a minimum of 14 offline stores and 40 online stores in line with the established call plan.
• Effective Call Management: Ensure target effectiveness by visiting 14 offline stores and 25 online stores each day.
• New Store Acquisition: Acquire at least 3 new stores daily to expand market reach and grow the business.
• Store Reactivation: Reactivate at least 3 stores per day to increase store activity and drive transactions.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure that all visited stores remain active, operational, and fully engaged.
• Communication Management: Manage Whats App groups for Partners at levels 3-5, ensuring clear communication and ongoing support.
• Training and Development: Conduct online training sessions twice a week to offer guidance and support to partners.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree (S1) is required.
• Preferably has experience in Sales or Marketing, particularly in the consumer goods industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Must own a smartphone and be proficient in using digital tools for fieldwork and reporting.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, with strong communication skills.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic about fieldwork, and ready to conduct routine daily visits while managing online community engagement.
• Must own a private vehicle and have a strong understanding of the local city area for efficient visit planning.
• Ability to prepare and present detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
