Administrative Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

- Responsible for the comprehensive management of administrative logistics business, including reception, office assets, office supplies, gifts, vehicles, dormitories, property management, etc
- Responsible for optimizing and improving the rules, procedures, and standards of the group's administrative and reception business
- Responsible for drafting and organizing the implementation of administrative, reception, and major event planning proposals for the group
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of reception related resources and relationships, including visiting points, hotels, tourism, etc
- Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superiors or tasks that other departments need to assist with
- 1 - 3 years experience
- Majors are not limited, with priority given to logistics, automotive operations, fire protection, hotel management, business management, tourism, cabin crew and other related majors. Bachelor's degree or above, with experience preferred. Male priority
- Appearance dignified and appropriate, approachable, with clear speech, fluent standard Mandarin, and good language expression ability
- Strong learning ability, fluent communication skills in English and Chinese is a must
- Passionate and proactive in work, strong sense of responsibility, and ambitious
- Having a team spirit, being able to put oneself in others' shoes, and possessing strong work coordination skills
- Has strong resilience and enjoys challenging work
