Logistics Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for inspecting and transmitting information on imported equipment and raw materials
Responsible for tracking the progress of import customs clearance based on the arrival plan of equipment and raw materials by the document controller
Responsible for the production of export documents
Responsible for daily import and export data statistics
Responsible for handling customs declaration exceptions
Responsible for liaising with customs
Responsible for applying for import quotas, licenses, and commercial inspections
Responsible for verifying import quotas and monthly import reports

Min Bachelor (S1)
Engaged in professional customs declaration for more than 2 years, requiring rich customs declaration experience and the ability to independently complete import and export customs declaration business
Mastering one foreign language, Chinese and English
Ability to use office software
