Job Description:

• Master Plan Modification: Modify existing master plans, including plot layouts and infrastructure designs.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, building permit agents, architectural firms, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Design and Architectural Plans: Create detailed architectural plans for internal projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
