Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients with bookings and inquiries.
• Handle POS transactions and manage client check-ins/outs.
• Prepare and serve wellness drinks.
• Keep the front desk and client areas organized and clean.
• Coordinate with therapists and maintain schedules.
• Monitor and restock inventory for therapies.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Friendly, organized, and good communication skills.
