BALI REAL ESTATE - PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:

• Office Management: Oversee and manage office needs, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Communication: Liaise with third parties such as suppliers and vendors for office requirements.
• Scheduling: Coordinate and manage schedules for meetings and villa visits.
• Administration: Create invoices, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
• Translate documents as needed.
• Input data and assist with office tasks such as copying, printing, and scanning.
• Director Assistance: Provide comprehensive support to the Director, facilitating their daily activities and ensuring efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
