Job Description: Office Manager
Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Legian, Bali
Salary Range: IDR 10,000,000 - 15,000,000
Job Description:
As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Legian office. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily store operations
Managing store supplies and equipment
Managing a team of 10 staff members
Managing employee performance and addressing any issues
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Assisting with basic accounting tasks, including expense tracking and invoice processing
Managing the store budget
Handling correspondence, filing, and other administrative duties
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Manager
Industry Experience: Proven experience in the retail industry
Skills: Basic Accounting, Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Attitude: Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
