Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Legian, Bali
Salary Range: IDR 10,000,000 - 15,000,000
Job Description:
As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Legian office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily store operations
- Managing store supplies and equipment
- Managing a team of 10 staff members
- Managing employee performance and addressing any issues
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, including expense tracking and invoice processing
- Managing the store budget
- Handling correspondence, filing, and other administrative duties
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Manager
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in the retail industry
- Skills: Basic Accounting, Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Attitude: Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Legian: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Office Manager: 3 years (Required)
