Role Description
This is a full-time remote work as a Call Centre Representative. The Call Centre Representative will be responsible for handling sales pitching, incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Communication Skills
2+ years of experience in:

• Persuasive Speaking: experience in sales or telemarketing, with a focus on pitching and persuasion.
• Active Listening: experience in roles requiring active listening, such as customer service or sales.
• Confidence: experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating assertiveness and confidence.

Sales & Marketing Skills
2+ years of experience in:

• Lead Generation: experience in lead generation, particularly in sourcing leads from Linked In, Facebook, and Instagram.
• CRM Proficiency: experience using CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions.
• Pitching: experience in crafting and delivering pitches, ideally in a sales or marketing role.

Organizational Skills
2+ years of experience in:

• List Management: managing contact lists, including tracking interactions and follow-ups.
• Time Management: roles requiring efficient multitasking and time management.
• Detail Orientation: roles that require accuracy and attention to detail.

Technical Skills

• Zoom Familiarity: 1+ year of experience using Zoom or similar platforms for setting up and managing meetings.
• Social Media Savvy: navigating Linked In, Facebook, and Instagram for research and outreach.

Interpersonal Skills

• Relationship Building: roles that involve establishing and maintaining professional relationships.
• Empathy: experience in customer service or sales, where understanding and addressing customer needs is key.

Problem-Solving Skills
2+ years of experience in:

• Objection Handling: experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on overcoming objections.
• Adaptability: experience in dynamic roles that require adjusting approaches based on different situations.

Cultural Awareness

• Cultural Sensitivity: 1+ year of experience working with diverse cultures, particularly in an international or multicultural environment.

Motivation and Persistence
2+ years of experience in:
