Job Deskripsi
- Develop engaging and visually appealing graphics for e-commerce platforms, including banners, SKU image thumbnail creation and optimization, Mega Campaign SIS design, marketing collaterals, ads, and catalogue pictures.
- Hands-on involvement in conceptualizing and designing internal marketing materials
- Campaign & Merchandising Strategy, such as store banner upload, set up e-commerce module and structure based on campaigns
- Preparing key visual, and/or utilize the principal design for specific campaigns
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines for each project. Deliver design projects within specified deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards, effectively managing workload and prioritizing tasks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and e-commerce best practices to keep the brand competitive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, etc.) to incorporate feedback and refine designs.

Deskripsi Persyaratan
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in using graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design)
- Having ability in Adobe Premiere and After Effect is a plus.
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience communicating and presenting ideas to team
- Ability to manage projects internally with team
- Can work under pressure and have ability to meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Passion with cosmetics or skincare product
