Job Deskripsi
- Ensuring revenue generated by Membership Team is reconciled with the actual fund received in bank accounts and conduct regular reconciliation meetings with the Membership Team
- Provide detailed and summary report of Membership revenue reconciliation for Accounting and Membership Team
- Other tasks within Accounting and data processing, as assigned
- Works toward meeting the strategic priorities of the program by developing and coordinating tactics for approved plans and completing day-to-day tasks.
- Coordinates with Membership Team and Accounting Team in Jakarta office.
- Ensures programmatic commitments, policies and procedures, financial standards and legal requirements are met and managed for compliance.
- We may, from time to time, assign the Employee to another location(s) in accordance with the requirements of the Employee’s job description and/or operational needs. The Employee agrees to work in such other work location(s) in Indonesia.

Deskripsi Persyaratan
- Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field and 2 years' related work experience or equivalent combination.
- Experience in database management or producing reports, or in the use of automated systems or touch key calculator.
- Experience working with basic principles in accounting or in analysing financial figures
- Communicating clearly through written and spoken means in English
- Multi-cultural experience appreciated.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in work product.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good oral and written communication skills
