• Responsible reports to the government or regulators, and monthly reports to the management regarding employment,
• Maintain communication with union and government.
• Responsible audit for employment regulation and make sure practices are aligned with the government regulations.
• Responsible for industrial relations that also covers employee disputes, employee relations, grievance, termination.
• Up-to-date regulations knowledge
• : English both Written/Spoken.
• : PERADI member is a plus point
