Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, turnaround time (TAT), errors, and accuracy.
- Use tools like Excel and Power Point to visualize data and create clear, professional reports for Operations Leads and key stakeholders.
- Collect and organize data from multiple sources for detailed analysis and performance monitoring.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to provide actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data sources and analysis methods for future reference.
- Strong experience in data collection, trends analysis, KPI reporting, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data visualization tools.
- 1-2 years of experience working with data from various sources.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to present data insights in a clear, visually compelling manner.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, along with experience using CRM tools.
