• Manage matters related to the employment sector
• Create PKWT/PKWTT work contract agreements
• Monitor the extension of employee work contracts that will end, the appointment of permanent employees, and the termination of work contracts
• Manage employee resignations/layoffs/retirements from the beginning of the application process until the process is complete
• Calculate PKWT/retirement/layoff compensation
• Create summons or warning letter reports for employees who violate company regulations
• Create internal memos or board of directors' decisions regarding regulations that will be enforced in the company
• Conduct employee evaluations and employee work assessments
• Create reports and archive administrative documents related to company operations, assets and inventory
• Control company inventory stationery periodically
• Establish relationships, communication & good relations between division
• Manage all matters related to Industrial and Employee Relations ( (bipartite & tripartite)
