Job Title: MEP Engineering
Jobdesc:

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical wiring, lighting systems, and plumbing fixtures.
• Diagnose malfunctions and troubleshoot MEP systems efficiently.
• Perform minor carpentry tasks and ensure carpentry work is done to a high standard.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an MEP Technician with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Basic carpentry skills with the ability to perform small repairs and installations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in both MEP and carpentry tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to urgent maintenance issues when necessary.
