The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage and photos, and editing these materials to produce engaging content for the digital marketing team. A talented and creative individual who can seamlessly blend the art of videography and video editing into one dynamic role.
Requirements :

• Open for local candidates.
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in content writing or a related field is preferred, with a strong portfolio demonstrating writing skills.
• Proficiency in English is preferred, both written and spoken, to effectively create and communicate content.
• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Excellent photography skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visual media.
• Familiarity with real estate marketing is a plus.
• Experience managing and proofing social media content to ensure high engagement and brand consistency.

Responsibilities :

• Capture high-quality video footage of properties, events, and other real estate-related activities, ensuring the visual content reflects the brand’s identity and messaging.
• Take professional-grade photos that showcase the features and appeal of real estate listings, highlighting key aspects to attract potential buyers or clients.
• Edit videos and photos to create engaging, compelling marketing content that resonates with target audiences and enhances the overall brand image.
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure that all visual content aligns with the brand’s objectives, marketing strategies, and specific campaign goals.
• Maintain and organise video and photo libraries, ensuring all content is easily accessible and categorised for future use.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in videography, photography, and real estate marketing, incorporating new techniques to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content.
• Oversee and proof visual content on social media platforms, ensuring consistency across all channels and maximising engagement with followers.
