Nestled along the breathtaking Bali coastline, we provide a one-of-a-kind party atmosphere that leaves our guests craving for more.
Location: Bali, Indonesia
Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting visitors with information
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Address inquiries and resolve issues courteously and efficiently
Keep track of appointment calendars and communicate any changes
Maintain a communication log for reference
Effectively manage multiple tasks, such as handling phone calls while assisting visitors and coordinating appointments
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to privacy policies

Requirements:

Proven experience of work as Front Liner/Receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
Maintain a neat and professional appearance
