Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients in a professional, friendly manner.
• Check-in and check-out clients, manage appointment bookings, and answer inquiries about spa services and treatments.
• Schedule and confirm spa appointments using spa management software.
• Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and resolve service issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate financial records and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage any walk-in inquiries.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in using appointment booking systems and basic computer applications.
• A pleasant, well-groomed appearance with a friendly, approachable attitude.
