Job Description

• 
  Delivering medicines and medical equipment both to internal pharmaceutical parties and to treatment rooms, maintaining laboratory warehouses, and providing housekeeping support to support hospital care services
• Monitor room and refrigerator temperatures and maintain humidity levels in the laboratory periodically
• Prepare laboratory supplies according to the request form to be distributed to all parties who need them
• Ensure the completeness of administrative data on the release of laboratory goods from the warehouse to maintain complete inventory
• Carrying out labeling activities for goods according to requirements, including barcode, LASA and high alert labeling
• Distribute patient medical record files according to the purpose of the patient's treatment, whether in outpatient services, inpatient care, the emergency room or to other authorized parties or places of service
• Retrieve medical record files from storage shelves and distribute them to departments that require them
• Take medical record files and rearrange the files according to predetermined rules or standards
• Align and organize examination results into each patient file as well save the medical record file back to the storage shelf
• Control medical record storage shelves
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets

• Prepare pharmaceutical supplies according to the request form to be distributed to all parties who need them
• Ensure the completeness of administrative data on the release of pharmaceutical goods from the warehouse to maintain complete inventory
• Carrying out labeling activities for goods according to requirements, including barcode, LASA and high alert labeling
• Checking the inventory of medicines and medical devices regularly to report discrepancies in goods and goods that will expire to superiors
• Monitor room and refrigerator temperatures and maintain humidity levels in the pharmaceutical warehouse periodically
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse, equipment, and other facilities and infrastructure in the pharmaceutical warehouse, including the storage of existing medicines and medical devices, storage of medicines and medical devices in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Deliver medicines and medical devices to the inpatient treatment room according to the inpatient medicine delivery form
• Help the Pharmacist Assistant to take medication to another room if the required medication is not available or there is insufficient stock
• Make a recap of delivery data and calculate the time (timer) before and after the delivery activity
• Assist in the collection and preparation of household supplies and equipment (rags, mats, etc.)
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor Degree from Medicine
• Have minimum 1 year work experience in the hospital
• Minimum High School/ Vocational High School Graduate
• Minimum High School Graduate from any related major
• Have minimum 1 year work experience in the same field
