Overview: About the job:
To strengthen our growth, we are looking for talent as Indonesia Country Security Manager

What can you expect?
Continue to implement and strengthen standardized security governance, compliance & monitoring programs:

• Maintain Global Security Event Tracker, standardized plans & training.

Create a culture of security awareness and individual resilience through a program of communications, along with targeted training for priority new front line associates Sales/Plant/Agro.


Ensure that controls being deployed at the Greenfield site meets the minimum Global Security Standards.


Enhance professional investigation standards across Indonesia:

• Standardized investigations workshop (2 sessions PA), & support C&E as required.

Enhance organizational resilience by driving Crisis Management (CM) & Business Continuity


Management (BCM) capabilities:

• Validate plans, support CM training and BCM workshops.

Conduct manned guarding RFP and develop deployment plan for greenfield by Q4
Responsibilities: We will count on you to:

• In line with the broader APAC security strategy, implement a country wide plan to identify, assess and mitigate reasonably foreseeably security risks to Pepsi Co’s People and Business
• Develop and maintain working relationships with national and local security, emergency response, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities as well as with security leads of other large multinational companies in Indonesia.
• Analyze and identify threats, trends and emerging risks to the Indonesia business and offer risk-based mitigation measures.
• Maintain strong working relationships with and provide consultation to the Indonesia leadership team on security related issues.
• Plan and oversee security assessments, facility security reviews and site inspections for to identify critical vulnerabilities and develop cost effective, best practice measures to close out gaps.
• Deliver and align a CAPEX security business plan that ensures effective security spend for the greenfield project, including manned guarding, CCTV, Visitor Management Systems, and Intruder Detection Systems etc.
• Oversee and facilitate a sustainable crisis management and business continuity planning program.
• Develop and deliver proactive security awareness and training programs.
• Support with journey management planning for Associates, visitors, and OEMs.
• Initiate timely reactive security alerts to key stakeholders as required.
• Advise and assist leadership and business travelers before, during, and after security incidents or events.
• When required, conduct and coordinate investigations to that may include counterfeit, extortion, contamination of products, kidnapping, robberies, fraud, corruption, and security threats against the business and associates.
• As necessary, support the Corporate Security Executive Protection program.
• Provide additional ad-hoc support to the APAC Security Director as required.
• Support and liaise with the Community Liaison Manager on community engagement strategies and CSR programs.

Qualifications: What you need to have?

• 7+ years’ experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, or other relevant security-related positions.
• Proven experience of physical security measures and technical security systems, risk management, incident response, and investigations.

• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with security-related tools such as alert and travel monitoring software
• Familiarity of the ISO 31000 Risk Management standard is advantageous.
• Familiarity of the ISO 22301 Business Continuity standard is advantageous.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent Bahasa & English (written and oral).
