Responsibilities

Team Oversight: Managing and supervising the sales team, ensuring they meet targets and adhere to company policies, lead, motivate, and manage a team of wedding sales consultants.

Strategic Planning: Developing & implementing sales strategies and goals that align with overall business objectives, focusing on market trends. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with vendors and clients.

Training and Development: Providing ongoing training and support to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Conduct sales training, coaching, and performance evaluations to enhance team effectiveness.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting to Revenue Manager: Evaluating sales performance through metrics and providing feedback to improve individual and team results. Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

Client Relationship Management: Ensuring exceptional service by maintaining strong relationships with clients and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. This role will also manage a level of incoming enquiries booking by fostering a client-first culture.

Coordinate with other departments (planning, operations, and marketing) to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
- EO Relationship Management: Managing EO's relationship & process relating to EO's.
Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, ideally in the wedding or events industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for relationship-building.

Ability to lead and inspire a team toward achieving targets and delivering top results.

Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.

Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
-
Passion for the wedding industry and ability to stay updated on trends and client preferences.
- Ability to work weekends or evenings as needed to meet client demands.
