Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Senior Accountant to join our team. This role will involve overseeing the financial health of our various business units, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is well-versed in accounting standards, proactive in identifying areas for improvement, and skilled in managing multiple financial tasks across a diverse organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
  
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliation of accounts and financial reporting.
  
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting for various business units within the organization.
  
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies for audits and compliance matters.
  
• Develop and implement efficient accounting policies and procedures, ensuring optimal financial management across the company.
  
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff, fostering growth and skill development.
