• Provide legal guidance on property development and construction-related matters, including zoning, land acquisition, and environmental regulations.
  
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national building regulations and laws.
  
• Handle the following permits, certifications, and legal processes:
  • Banjar & Desa Permission before the project begins
    
  • Project Permission to neighbors before the project starts
    
  • Coordination and handling of any local community issues during the project
    
  • SLF (Sertifikat Laik Fungsi) certification based on Government Regulation during project design
    
  • IMB (Izin Mendirikan Bangunan) & PBG (Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung) certification licenses
    
  • Employment Agreement Letters with contractors (SPK)
    
  • AMDAL (Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan) certification
    
  • UKL (Upaya Pengelolaan Lingkungan) & UPL (Upaya Pemantauan Lingkungan) certifications
    
  • HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standard certification
    
  • CHSE (Clean, Health, Safety & Environment) standard certification
    
• Manage legal risks associated with the project and resolve potential disputes.
  
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
  
• Advise management on legal implications of project decisions.
  
• Stay updated on legal developments affecting the construction and property sectors.

Requirements

• Bali Based
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) is required, Master's degree is preferred.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal roles, with significant experience in property development or construction law.
  
• Strong understanding of Indonesian legal systems, regulations, and compliance requirements related to building projects.
  
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and drafting.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders, including government authorities and local communities.
  
• Ability to work independently and handle complex legal matters with confidence.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
