Responsibilities:

• Manage and close wedding sales inquiries, offering personalized services tailored to clients' needs.
  
• Present and promote wedding packages to prospective clients based on their preferences and vision.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and other partners to ensure premium service offerings.
  
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve sales targets.
  
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the planning process and follow up post-wedding to maintain exceptional service standards.
  
• Collaborate closely with the planning and operations teams to ensure alignment between sales and execution.
  
• Stay updated on wedding trends and integrate innovative ideas into client proposals.

Requirements

• Junior Specialist: Some experience in sales or customer service, preferably in hospitality or the wedding industry.
  
• Mid Specialist: Proven sales experience in the hospitality or wedding industry, with a strong portfolio of closed deals and happy clients.
  
• Experience as a wedding planner or in a similar role is an advantage.
  
• Passionate about customer delight and helping couples achieve their dream weddings.
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  
• Knowledge of local wedding vendors and market trends.
  
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed to meet client demands.
