KSN Energy is looking for a Administrator to join their team, working across a broad range of domestic SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland) grant funded retrofit energy schemes.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support during the day-to-day running of the SEAI grant schemes. You will be required to liaise with project stakeholders including contractors, applicants, project co-ordinators and SEAI in relation to queries within the retrofitting industry.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to move into an expanding retrofit industry within an office-based environment. Full training will be provided on the role.
The successful candidate should be self-motivated and enthusiastic, with an ability to work on their own and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assisting the scheme manager in the preparation and allocation of audits & inspections.
Preparation of weekly/monthly reports.
Compiling close out reports.
Support of relevant quality management systems.
Compilation and updating of scheme process documents.

Skills Required:

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
Intermediate Excel
Minute Taking
Previous experience working in a busy office support environment (or similar).
Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail essential.
Ability to work well within a team environment.
A general interest in the Sustainable Energy sector would be advantageous.
