We require an Afterschool Driver for our home based setting in Gormanston, Meath for the new school year.
Position Available:
After School Driver for children aged 4-13 years.
Hours: Mon - Thurs 2pm-3pm Term Time ONLY.
This position would also be to cover staff absence/holidays.
Description of Position:
All Stars Afterschool is a stand alone Afterschool. This means we only cater for 4-13 year old school age children. All our activities are geared specifically towards them and all our materials are purchased with their developing interests in mind.
School Pick-Ups:
This position will include driving to a local school to collect children and bring them to our after-school location. The candidate MUST hold a full clean driving licence and will be Garda/Police Vetted. We have a school vehicle available for collections.
The candidate is expected to be a good communicator with the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism when working with children, parents and colleagues.
The ideal candidate should:

• Have a genuine enthusiasm for working in an after school programme.
• Be available for local school collections.
• Be able to collaborate and work as part of the after school team.
• Full Clean drivers licence (essential).
• Must be fluent in English.
• Be willing to provide cover in the event of staff absence.

Requirements:
QQI Level 5 (Childcare) desirable but not essential.
1 years' experience in a child care environment
Full Clean Driving Licence is essential.
