Role: Audio Visual Installation Manager
Reporting to: AV Projects Manager
Company Overview: Digicom is based in Dublin, Ireland. Digicom is an Audio-Visual Unified Communications Systems Integrator in the Business-to-Business marketplace. We have been in business for over 25 years and are looking for an installation engineer to join our projects team.
Position Overview: The purpose of the role is to manage the installation of AV systems from design handover to final completion and Customer handover. The Installation Manager will be responsible for projects from conception to completion and must be capable of taking responsibility for a number of projects concurrently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility the execution of assigned installation projects to meet Client and Digicom expectations. (Financial, Quality and on time delivery performance)
• The primary decision maker on job execution and timing, taking account of financial implications, Client Satisfaction and technical performance.
• Defining, monitoring and ensuring the required quality standards are achieved in terms of system performance, clean completion and on-site staff performance.
• Identifying and managing changes in scope and subsequent cost recovery from customers
• Be the voice of the customer within Digicom regarding project schedule status.
• Ensuring the successful completion and close out of jobs on site, including support to programming / commissioning engineer as required
• Ensure all Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental systems are managed and adhered to both within Digicom and at Customers sites.
• Build POW as required using MS Project
• Management of Fieldwire which is our Project management platform.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 4 years’ experience in a commercial/ industrial customer facing role in the installation of technical services.
• Experienced leading a team and overseeing site crews.
• Ability to work independently across all organisation levels.
• Organised and structured in their work
• Clear communication style, written and verbal.
• Training in Project management Skills
• Experience in M&E construction management/ technical services installation.
• Full Drivers Licence
