- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Bar manager role in Ireland.
- Drive and enthusiasm to deliver high standards of customer service and product knowledge.

- Experience working under pressure.
- Flexibility to work mornings and weekends.
- Fluent English.
- Reference essential.
- Must have worked in Ireland before.
1. Staff Management
- Hiring, training, and supervising bartenders, barbacks, and other bar staff.
- Creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Monitoring staff performance and providing feedback, coaching, or disciplinary action when necessary.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and addressing any customer complaints or issues.
- Interacting with guests to build relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
- Monitoring guest experiences to ensure a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
- Managing bar inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking liquor, beer, wine, and mixers.
- Conducting regular inventory counts and minimizing waste or loss through careful oversight.
- Working with suppliers and vendors to maintain stock and negotiate pricing.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensuring the bar is clean, organized, and meets health and safety standards.
- Managing cash handling procedures, including balancing tills, processing payments, and preparing bank deposits.
- Creating and updating the drink menu, including developing new cocktails and seasonal specials.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to pair drinks with food items or create promotions.
- Ensuring all staff are familiar with the menu and can make recommendations to customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €55,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
