We are now recruiting a bartender to join our team here at the Brasserie on the Corner.
The Role

• Demonstrating exceptional customer service, bar skills and product knowledge.
• Passionate about delivering a high level of customer service.
• Maintaining standards in accordance with our brand.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Prepare cocktails.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

The Candidate

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Strong positive work ethic & self-starter.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to manage and exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluent English.
