Our Hotel comprises of 190 bedrooms, Tonic Health Club, The Spa, 22 Bar and Restaurant, Earth & Vine Restaurant, Limetree Bar and extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities. We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage team member to join our expanding Breakfast Team. Applicants must be available to work from 5.30am. If you have previous experience in a similar role and if you believe that your values align with ours and you want to be part of a dedicated and well motived team we would love to hear from you and to hear about your passion for hospitality.

The Breakfast waiter/waitress is to provide at all times a unique guest experience that will leave a lasting impression and to be committed to responding to the needs of our guests. Believe in teamwork, a commitment to guest care and in providing the highest levels of standards and service required to uphold the standards necessary to maintain the reputation of Castleknock Hotel and FBD Hotels and Resorts.

What we require from our applicants:

The ability to engage well with the team to deliver a high standard of service
Excellent attention to detail & a high level of knowledge of Food & Beverage service
The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure
Outgoing and friendly personality
Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel standards
Be committed to leading and mentoring the team
Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends, early starts and late finishes)
