We are currently seeking a Part Time - Full Time cleaner for a corporate office in Sandyford.
Working schedule:
Monday - Friday.

• 7am - 1.30pm (extra work available in the area evenings are available from time to time)

Duties include :
Cleaning and Sanitising:

• Dusting and wiping down surfaces.
• Vacuuming or sweeping and mopping floors.
• Emptying trash bins and replacing trash bags.
• Cleaning and disinfecting frequently-touched surfaces.

Restroom/showers:

• Cleaning and sanitising restrooms and showers.
• Refilling soap dispensers, toilet paper, and paper towel holders.
• Stocking Supplies:

Monitoring and replenishing office supplies.
Notifying supervisors for supplies orders
Kitchen and Breakroom Maintenance:

• Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area.
• Emptying and cleaning the refrigerator.Restocking kitchen supplies.Reporting Maintenance Issues:
• Identifying and reporting maintenance or repair issues.

Safety Compliance:

• Following safety protocols and guidelines.
• Using proper cleaning products and equipment.

Time Management:

• Efficiently managing time for tasks.

Record Keeping:

• Maintaining records of cleaning and stocking activities.

Communication:

• Coordinating with office staff.
• Being responsive to requests and feedback.

Special Projects:

• Assisting with special cleaning projects.

These duties may vary based on specific workplace requirements and policies. Maintaining professionalism and a courteous demeanor is essential when interacting with office employees and visitors.
You will be expected to:

• Ensure that all tasks are carried out in a professional manner, following all “safe systems of work” & risk assessment directions
• Wear the correct and appropriate PPE specified at all times
• Comply with all statutory Health & Safety Rules and Regulations
• Comply with all health & safety regulations for cleaning materials, equipment, and buildings
• Provide high personal standards of work/performance, personal hygiene, and appearance
• Use PPE provided
• Report all faults in relation to cleaning machinery/equipment to the supervisor/management team
• Report all building defects to the supervisor/management team
• Carry out any reasonable request, as specified by the supervisor/management team to attend all company meetings and training as requested

Skills/ Experience:

• Applicants should be well presented, trustworthy, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. Must have the ability to manage time effectively, show initiative, and the ability to work without supervision
• Good communication skills
• Commercial Cleaning experience is an advantage
• The candidate must be fluent in English speaking
• Willing to be Garda Vetted
• Must be eligible to work full time
