We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our busy Projects Department and help us create new products and services.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break the mould beyond business analysis and gain vast experience across multiple products, markets, and platforms. You will act as a core contributor to our company vision. You will bring your experience in a similar B2C environment and the ability to balance leveraging customer learnings whilst delivering high-quality solutions to support the company’s strategy for continuous growth.
You will work closely with key stakeholders at all levels to gather, analyse and translate specific needs to produce, clear, unambiguous business requirements and functional specification documents acting as the bridge between Business Operations and IT Departments.
Your New Role Responsibilities

• Work with key stakeholders across all levels and departments to support delivery of strategic business projects.
• Work with business owners to break down requirements taking an MVP approach and delivering maximum value add for minimal tech cost.
• Own and champion the requirements capturing process through the product lifecycle, to ensure prioritisation in line with company goals.
• Drive and challenge business owners on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
• Propose alternative approaches and workarounds, document impact and value, before assigning to the software development team.
• Reviewing and proposing improvements to BA processes taking into considerations learnings and feedback from key stakeholders.
• Creating a Knowledge Base of As-Is functionality across products and business areas.

Required Experience

• Must have 5+ years’ demonstrable experience of Business Analysis in a fast-paced MVP landscape with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to challenge status quo based on industry best practices.
• Experience mapping complex business processes to both technical & non-technical specifications.
• Experience of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of Lean.
• Experience of data analysis.
• Results-driven, team player, and resilient.
• Excellent command of MS Word, Power Point, Excel and Process Mapping Tools.
• Good to have BA certification but not mandatory.
