Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Proactively seek out and engage potential pharmacy customers, presenting and promoting Consumer ranges.
-* Finger on the pulse approach*: to driving service with a passion for dealing with customers.
-* Target Achievement*: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas through effective sales strategies.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products/services to effectively address customer inquiries and overcome objections.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
-* Store Colleague Training*: Provide training to store staff to ensure they are confident to recommend our brands to customer.
-* Customer Support:* Provide post-sale support and ensure clients receive excellent service throughout the customer journey.
-* Store Merchandising Execution Excellence*: ensuring our brands have optimised placement, excellent visual displays by regular audit and adjustment.
-* Team Collaboration:* Work closely with the Consumer Buying and Marketing Teams, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• 3rd Level Business Degree / Sales Degree or relevant industry experience
• Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Wholesale and Retail Pharmacy Market
• Sales and Business Development
• Proven track record in achieving Sales targets, selling Business to Business

Pharma – On Demand
The On-Demand business is a specialist medical supply business that sources and distributes pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, and consumable supplies to healthcare professionals in over 160 countries worldwide. We have offices in Ireland, UK, Europe, USA and New Zealand. The company’s main divisions encompass everything from International Sales through Sales to NGO’s and Charities, Clinical Trials Supply, Imported (Unlicensed Medicines), Sexual Health Supplies, and the storage and distribution of medical products and devices for third parties.

How we’d like to work together
Due to the expected key outcomes associated with this role by its nature it will be a role based out of one of our offices across the UK or Ireland. There will be an element of hybrid working available, but this role will also involve travel to our global sites. It is important to note that we do not expect this job to be a ‘9 to 5’ type position.
