Pepsi Co Internship Programme
is 6-8 month program designed for high potential undergraduate students, just like you, into real life business impact roles – with the goal to best prepare you for a successful future. We are now looking to hire a Controls & Reporting Intern to join the team in Cork, Ireland starting next year for the duration of 6-8 months.

Who We are:
- We are the concentrate team in Pepsi Co (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of Pepsi Co’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi.
- We are at the heart of Pepsi Co products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands.
- We are a global organisation, situated in 15 locations across 6 countries offering careers in various functions from Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance, R&D, HR and IT.
- We collaborate in our fast-paced global organisation and are passionate about creating and delivering much-loved household brands to markets across the world.
Specific tasks include:
- Month end intercompany reconciliation process in Oracle HFM and out of balance investigation
- Liaise with franchise business and support the loading of budgets to SAP
- Support the reporting team with profit & loss account queries from bottlers at month end.
- Booking journals in SAP at month end
- Support the Accounts payable function on maintenance of directs/ indirect vendor mailbox

Qualifications: What do I need to apply?
- Studying/ completed Finance/ Business related Degree
- Good data entry and processing skills
- A quick learner with a passion for accounting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills as the successful candidate with be required to liaise with colleagues globally
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong team player with effective teamwork skills
- Ability to work to deadline
What happens after I apply?
