Commercial Insurance Administrator

The roles main function is to support the preparation of commercial client renewal packs, in line with regulatory requirements and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administration support to the Commercial team as instructed
- Support the renewals process through the administration and issue of pre-renewal letters to Account Handlers
- Build technical knowledge through on the job learning, exam completion and participation in dedicated technical training
- Establish and maintain relationships with key insurance contacts
- Timely reporting of relevant information
- Adherence to compliance standards and relevant codes as appropriate (such as Consumer Protection Code 2012)
- Actively participate in team meetings
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Detail oriented, with an eye for identifying discrepancies;
- Team player with the ability to work independently;
- Ability to adhere to all policies in relation to confidentiality.
- A willingness to engage in professional insurance qualifications is required.
- You will be customer-focused, and committed to providing an excellent service to our clients.
Pay: €25,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
