Who we`re looking for
Home Instead's Dublin West office is currently seeking an Compliance Officer with experience in a fast-paced environment and high standard towards attention to details
The successful candidate will be required to work onsite at our Dublin West office five days a week.

Who we`re looking for
Home Instead's Dublin West office is currently seeking an Compliance Officer with experience in a fast-paced environment and high standard towards attention to details
The successful candidate will be required to work onsite at our Dublin West office five days a week.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Law, or a related
- Understanding/ knowledge of HSE/ HCCI/HIQA & ISO standards would be preferred but not essential (Training will be provided however succeful candidate should have ability to learn & adapt quickly)
- Ability understand and uphold the policies and procedures established by Home Instead.
- Minimum 1-2 experience of working in a busy office environment
- Must be familiar with Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- A professional, friendly and approachable demeanour

- Collaborate closely with National office Compliance Manager
- Work with Local office HR to ensure CAREGiver (CG) Staff file are in compliance
- Monitor & ensure GNIB (IRP)/ LMA permissions renewals are Up To Date
- Work closely with Care Management team to ensure Client Files are Up To Date
- Conduct Audits, prepare Report and collating information as requested
- Ensuring data on CRM/database is updated accordingly (People Planner, Talent Link, Vi Clarity)
- Submitting monthly/quarterly compliance reports through Vi Clarity
- Monitoring reports from the Academy and informing them of any CGs who have resigned so they can be removed from the Learning Management System
- Be the Data Protection Champion
- Insurance/ HSA reporting –report any neck/back pain/injuries rendering CGs unfit to work for 3days+
- Ensure relevant key players are updating the master reporting document
- Working Time Act WTA adherence
- Accidents/Incidents reporting
- Ad hoc projects as required by GM
