Salary: €31,500 OTE
Location: Diesel Card Ireland, Galway Financial Services Centre, Moneenageisha Road, Galway, H91 W1YV
Hours: Generally you will work between Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm

Our customers interact with us via email, inbound and outbound and your core focus would be to resolve any payment issues by listening, understanding, and acknowledging a better way forward.
We would love to welcome you to our Galway Office, whether you're at the start of your career or looking for your next challenge or fancy a change. Full training for the role will be provided and we can offer full study support for a range of qualifications.
Whilst experience in a customer facing role may be an advantage, the right attitude is the most important quality. We are keen to hear from you whatever stage you are at in your credit career.

What would your day to day look like?

• Daily contact with customers via Telephone, SMS, E-mail, Payment links or Letter, in line with credit policy
• Keep accurate and complete records of all customer contact within Cruise / Sugar
• Escalation of accounts and issues as required
• Actively engage in relevant and appropriate opportunities for cross-department working to build relationships & share knowledge
• Use exposure to different areas of Credit and businesses / products to share good ideas and approaches across the team and improve the processes and systems as a result
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with our sales team.

What do we expect of you?
Typical responsibilities you can expect are;

• Daily contact with customers via telephone, SMS, E-mail.
• Convert a problem to a solution (whether that is a change to payment terms, type of repayment method)
• Keep accurate and complete records of all customer contact within our internal systems.
• Actively engage across boundaries (you will have colleagues based in UK and Europe!) to build relationships, share knowledge and make a global family of friends.
