Your Role
As our Customer & Sales Support Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, coordinating essential administrative duties to ensure our events and services run flawlessly. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and support the Commercial Team in driving sales initiatives.
This full-time role, with a 6-month probation period, is no ordinary desk job. You’ll balance remote work with on-site days at our Adventure Centre in Killruddery, interacting with a diverse range of customers and team members. You’ll be responsible for everything from financial administration and customer correspondence to team coordination and event logistics.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for customer queries, complaints and consent form management.
  • Sales Support: Manage sales leads, coordinate welcome communications to groups leaders and collaborate with the Commercial Team on sales initiatives.
  • Operations: Implement and refine administrative systems, maintain the company’s filing system and support staff scheduling and personnel records.
  • Financial Administration: Manage office budgets, assist with month-end processes and oversee invoicing and credit control.
What You’ll Bring
We’re seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator or Sales Support professional who is ready to transfer their expertise to an exciting new industry. Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in Sales Support and/or Office Administration with financial and budgetary experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good commercial acumen is essential.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • A passion for sport, fitness and the outdoors is an advantage.
  • Based in Ireland, with the flexibility to work from home and at our Adventure Centre in Killruddery, Bray, Co Wicklow.
  • Full driver’s license and access to a car.

Job Type
  • Full-time position, starting Tuesday 7th January 2025
  • Occasional weekend event attendance required, with a day off in lieu provided.
