Nugent Workwear + Safety is a family run business based in Dublin, supplying the highest quality work wear and corporate wear to the private and public sector alike. Established in 1996 we have steadily grown over the years into what is now an industry leader in Ireland.
Due to continued expansion, we are now recruiting for a customer service administrator.

WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE

  • Customer Email and call handling in a busy office environment
  • Providing excellent customer service and seek to increase sales and customer satisfaction daily
  • Process orders and queries accurately
  • Provide customer quotes
  • Support sales team and management with administration tasks as required
  • Reporting as required
  • Support warehouse dispatch and goods inwards as required.
  • Provide backup cover for colleagues as required
  • Carry out ad hoc work which may not be related to above but is achievable by you
  • To be flexible in terms of your work practices and hours as required
  • To show initiative to improve customer service and efficiency


WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Speed and accuracy to meet expected targets
  • Organisational skills
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role desired
